Join Alvaro Castano, co-chair of the AltaFiber (formerly Cincinnati Bell) Hispanic Heritage employee resource group as he meets with James Beard nominated chef, Jose Salazar. If you’re from Cincinnati and you enjoy good food you know who Jose is, and Mita’s is his second of multiple restaurants here in the Queen City. Mita’s serves a mixture of traditional and modern recipes from Spain and Latin America in an eclectic dining area, with a focus on tapas, cured meats and cheese, and of course the finest selection of Spanish and Old World wines you’ll find in the city. Jose demonstrates the eloquent creation of Mita’s Paella Valenciana, and the precision necessary to do it correctly.
